Working out by yourself? 🏀
No skills trainer? No rebounder? No passer?
Go to my YouTube channel. I’m uploading 7 full self workouts anybody can do.
I partnered with @tjltraining on this - he built me a great training plan. 🫡👇

With the GLVC Football Kickoff next week, it's hard to believe we are already gearing up for the 2025-26 athletic season. Vacation the rest of the week, but before we officially wrap up year 2...here are a few highlights. Year 3 see you soon! #GLVCfamily

The @HoopsHall regrets to learn of the passing of 2005 Inductee, James Barley.
A standout at Marion High School, he was the first in school history to score over 1,000 points, setting all-time records for single-game (30), single-season (490), and career scoring (1,015). He played 78 consecutive varsity games, helping Marion reach the Final Four in 1950 and Sweet Sixteen in 1951 and 1952 under Coach Woody Weir.
At Indiana University, he played three varsity seasons and started on the 1954 Big Ten Championship team coached by Branch McCracken.
As a coach, he began at Van Buren before leading Urbana to its only Wabash County title in 1961 and Montpelier to a school-best 21-3 record in 1965. At Scottsburg (1965–78), his 1969 team went undefeated and set a state scoring record (90 ppg). He compiled a 275-148 record, won multiple titles, sent over 50 players to college, and was known for pioneering weight training and using a full-court zone press for all 32 minutes. He returned as an assistant at Scottsburg from 1991 to 1997.
