Anyone who knows our story will smile at this. Our son, Ben was wishing to have ‘I’m Still Standing’ to ring the bell to. He also loved Queen. When I saw this today, I took it as a ‘without doubt’ sign from my boy letting me know he’s very much around ❤️💛❤️ #AML #cancer #grief

As hard as we try, sadly not all children with cancer are able to be saved. On 18 September 2019, Jess, our 8-year-old little girl was diagnosed with ALL. Tragically, exactly a month after diagnosis, Jess lost her battle. Why we are fighting for better treatments. @TeamJess_UK

@claudelittner @uclh @bloodcancer_uk Well said Claude! Raising awareness of blood cancer and fundraising is soooooo important. Too many still don’t make it… and in fact my daughter would have been 11 today.

In 1997, I was diagnosed with non Hodgkins Lymphoma. Without treatment, my life expectancy was 6 months! I owe my life to the team @uclh, stem cell transplant from my sister & @bloodcancer_uk a superb, charity highlights the advances & ongoing research. bloodcancer.org.uk/research/the-r…

This month is another “should have” month; Jess should have left primary school&experienced the leavers celebrations with all of her friends. I’m super grateful to my amazing mum friends & school for keeping Jess’ memory alive and for making us part of the leavers celebrations
