Using assessment criteria specific to n-3 studies, the average score out of 5 was 1.48 (n=46). Only 3 studies scored a 4 and no studies score a 5. RAFO the rest!

@ongjulian @mackinprof Hi Julian, great question. Weight of current evidence indicates that pre-formed long chain n-3 (DHA+EPA) is incorporated into cardiac/skeletal membranes at much higher levels than plant sources (mainly ALA). We observe consistent suboptimal O3I in vegan diet
