We are writing with a very important announcement. Mr. Dunaway, our long standing principal here at Shady Spring, has accepted a new position as the principal of Sparks Elementary School. Mr. Dunaway will be working to transition from Shady Spring over the next couple of weeks.

Back to School Night is this Tue. 8/23 - 6:30-8pm. Bring in your child's school supplies so they won't have to lug them the first day!

Teacher assignments (post cards) were mailed last week, you can check BCPSone to see who your child's new teacher if you didn't receive one.
