@TeamStreamGifts Hello, thank you for the response. I will resend my email and hope it goes through. I know the streamer I bought this gift for has reached out to you themselves about two weeks a go. So maybe they will get a response quicker than me.

Imagine being @TeamStreamGifts & when there is an issue of a gift not being delivered, somebody reaches out to the email they provided for such thing & that email apparently doesn't exist... I've lost money, the streamer didn't get their gift & Stream Gifts can't be reached.

@VickyMack We do not provide tracking to gifters. Your gifted streamer is provided an ETA and can use our official support channels to report a missing gift to our resolution team.

@ThieviusFoxTV Please see internal announcements about the support backlog due to the pandemic. We are working on getting each issue resolved and we will be implementing a more robust support system in time.

@TeamStreamGifts Are there planned improvements for support tickets? I'm still waiting to hear back on an email I sent out 2 weeks ago...

With an expanded Early Access model in addition to previously planned system improvements coming down our dev pipeline, we hope to support substantially more Early Access users than before. Stay tuned.

@Blondesophiebx It means that your account has not been activated into Early Access.

@Blondesophiebx Yes, anyone who creates an account and saves their address during the invite suspension will automatically be considered for the Early Access program.

@TeamStreamGifts Can you still apply for early access?

@YetiWes We would have been able to help you better if we had been notified during that 7 day period, first by recommending you check your spam folder for the instructions and then re-sending if you were unable to locate it.

@YetiWes It looks like you reached out on Twitter a month after you were invited. All invites clearly state there is a 7 day holding period and the spot is released to the next waiting content creator.

@thekitty If you logged in with your Twitch account and saved your address, you're automatically added to the general waitlist. If you are recommended by a current Early Access user, your status in settings will update to "on priority list".

@TeamStreamGifts Is there anyway to know if your on a wait list?

@JDubeous This is not an announcement that all 15,000+ waitlisted accounts will be activated into the Early Access Program. We will provide more information as we finalize these changes.
