@StubHub This is extremely disappointing. My case #633723292 has been consistently ignored despite multiple follow-ups and full documentation submitted. I provided clear evidence of the original purchase and confirmed ticket transfer through Ticketmaster, which is verifiable proof of delivery. I also made immediate efforts to resolve the issue when it was reported. Instead of properly reviewing the case, I have received generic responses with no real evaluation of the evidence. As a result, I’ve been unfairly penalized while no longer even having possession of the ticket. This means I’ve effectively lost both the ticket and money due to a failure on your support process. That is unacceptable for a platform of your scale. I am requesting an immediate and thorough review of this case based on the evidence already submitted. If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with escalation through my financial institution and consumer protection channels.

Never use @StubHub we bought tickets to the Phantom of the opera in November, my wife claimed our tickets, we are standing in line to get in, and they told us we don’t have tickets. It appears that whoever sold them to us, hold them sold them for more money and now we’re fucked.

It’s very unfortunate that @StubHub @stubhubsupport treats its users very unfairly. I recently had the sale of pair of tickets that I sold canceled after the show took place! Zero support or empathy from customer service department.

Hi @StubHub, do you allow users to solely purchase parking tickets for basketball games? A few weeks ago I purchased tickets to a @warriors game and when the ticket was transferred to the primary seller aka Ticketmaster, it was labeled a “parking” ticket.

. @StubHub sold tickets that were voided weeks before the event. Venue confirmed it in writing. No refund. @CreditOneBank denied the dispute anyway. Lesson: big companies and banks are happier than ever to stick together and screw over customers.

I really don’t like the fact that ones you sell your tickets on @stubhub you have to wait 5-8 days after the event to get your money. Like why? Especially if the tickets were transferred from Ticketmaster. That right there is verification that the ticket is real and cant be used
