Lunch today for me featured the launching of a Positive Masculinity Club at the HS I coach at. Created as a BRAVE space—not just a safe one—where young men challenge stereotypes, discuss respect, and honor positive role models.

Loved catching up with my long time friend @CoachSwick today on the phone. Sometimes the universe gives you exactly what you need and my guy's phone call today was just that!

As much as I want my fellow father's out there to vote for their daughter's future (💯 ) I want you to vote for your son's to see a woman in power, & reap the benefits of a leader who models emotional fluency, compassion and integrity. I want my boys to live in that world too.

This is a coach's inability to process the trauma of the moment (in game failure) bleeding out all over his players. This is not healthy. This is not "coaching hard." This is as much a failure of skillset (ie emotional agility) as any on field breakdown. We must be better.
