Minimalism doesn’t mean making interfaces boring or plain. It means reducing distractions so users can focus on what matters most. The best minimalist designs usually feel calm, clear, and effortless to use. What do you think about minimalism? #tech #daily #techtips

In good minimalist design: • unnecessary elements are removed • spacing is intentional • content becomes easier to focus on Simplicity is carefully designed, not accidental.

A few months ago, I tried recreating a clean-looking design I saw online. I removed a lot of elements thinking: “Less content = better design.” Somehow, the result became harder to use instead of cleaner. That’s when I realized minimalism is more than just removing things. 🧵

The Power of Compounding You're putting in the effort but you're not seeing the results yet. Just calm down and stay consistent. Something is happening in the background, not just visible yet. And by the time it starts to become visible, you'll be glad you didn't quit

CSS or Tailwind? 🪡 This thread explains CSS vs Tailwind, what each one is good for, where each one fails, and how to actually choose between them in real projects. By the end, you’ll understand: • why Tailwind feels faster • why CSS gives more control • where Tailwind struggles in complex UI • where CSS is still stronger (animations, selectors, theming) • why CSS fundamentals still matter even if you use Tailwind • when to use each one in real development CSS vs Tailwind is not a war… it’s just knowing the right tool for the job. 🧵

DAY 18 🔥 Yesterday’s task was pressure. 😂 We had to create a full event brand experience for Creaticon 2026. Logo, color palette, typography, and hero design, all in one. 😭 Finished just a few minutes before the submission deadline. 😂🔥 Check out my entry.

DAY 17🔥 Yesterday’s task was flyer design + UI design combined. I started with brand research, color palette, and logo creation before realizing we also had to design the mobile app interface ourselves. 😅 Check out my entry, guys.

For example: • buttons look pressable • sliders look draggable • links look clickable Good affordance reduces confusion without needing instructions. Good design doesn’t just look attractive. It quietly guides users on what to do next. #tech #daily #techtips

Affordance is a design principle that helps users recognize how an interface element should be used just by looking at it. It uses visual cues to suggest possible actions without needing extra explanation or instructions.

I remember trying to use a website where the buttons looked exactly like normal text. I kept hovering around the screen wondering: “What am I actually supposed to click here?” That confusion is connected to something called affordance in design. A Thread 🧵
