I believe professional development should never be boring. 🥱 It should challenge you, inspire you, and remind you why you started this work in the first place. Whether you’re looking to strengthen school culture, empower your team, or reignite your passion—I’m here to help. 👋🏼 Check out this short video to see the 💙 behind the work I do with schools and districts across the country. Then let’s talk about how I can support your team this year. Reply to this and I’ll send you a DM with a link with more info! 😃 Let’s build something great—together. #EducationMatters #SchoolCulture #ProfessionalDevelopment #ToddNesloney

As schools create goals for the upcoming year-give pause to overly scripted programs or a belief that everyone should be on the same page each day. Both can be tempting-my experience- neither work.

Disney has met with Macaulay Culkin about a new ‘HOME ALONE’ movie. Culkin's pitch for the film had Kevin as a single dad who gets locked out of the house by his estranged son — “The house is a sort of metaphor for our relationship” (Source: podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/the…)

"The little things can always become the big things, and being proactive ensures they end up being big and good—because the opposite is no fun at all. If you want to grow your people, you have to know your people."#ForwardTogether Sometimes the "small stuff" compounded can add up to big things, in a great way, if you pay attention! If this video connected with you, I highly encourage you to check out my friend Meghan Lawson's blog and her post, "A Note About 1st Days" at meghanlawson.com

What if the very thing you've been trying to hide is the thing that makes you the leader someone else needs? We often believe our struggles disqualify us. That if we've experienced failure, grief, anxiety, disappointment, or doubt, somehow we're less equipped to make a difference. I'm learning the opposite may actually be true. After hearing Andy Grammer's new song The Best Hearts, I couldn't stop thinking about how our hardest seasons shape the way we love, lead, and encourage others. It inspired me to write this week's blog post, and it's one I hope you'll take a few minutes to read. If you've ever wondered if your story matters, especially the painful parts, I wrote this for you. 🔗 Read the full blog: toddnesloney.com/2026/07/21/the…
