@busymac Do you have an official extension for the incredibly popular @Raycast (spotlight alternative) yet? Been holding out buying until that and an iOS app. Any update on that as well as I see BusyCal is on iOS and iPadOS.

@busymac @raycast The raycast integration? That’s wonderful. For iOS app is that on the roadmap as has been one hesitation from purchasing. Contacts on iOS is so lacking and CardHop unfortunately not much better for more power users.

@adorama Says 289, but when clicking Pay shows this. Clicking I mentions $40 rewards but doesn't show total price correct?

@1Password Restarted Mac app and fixed it, but again happens often so looking for a more long term fix.

@1Password Also sometimes like 20 seconds later the popup does appear by the lock. Always on the latest macOS, Safari, 1P, etc. Would uninstalling from safari and having it just prefil from the Mac app with cmd+/ still work somehow?

@1Password For years 1P in safari always seems to be temperamental. The app is always unlocked but often see this in Safari. Clicking on it does nothing. Sometimes logins still work other times doesnt. Any long term fix?

@Bhavani_00007 Integration and compatibility. Orion on Mac aims to be just like Safari but with chrome extensions and power user feature but many sites don’t load right and lacks some of Safari’s features and lacks Chrome’s more robust web inspector.

@Bhavani_00007 Each has compromises. No browser can be as integrated as Safari. Chrome largest market share so no other can be as compatible with sites. It’s against Google Chrome business model to be privacy first focused. Third party apps can offer unique niche features but lack on

@dayone Since Apple on macOS and iOS, Adobe and Chrome supports JXL, the modern more efficient replacement to JPEG, does DayOne fully support yet or timeline on when added if not?

That is, wouldn't want it save another copy of the files to DayOne, since then would just balloon the backup size presumably, vs just referencing the Apple Photos photo like it does (before you officially save it to a post?)

@dayone For DayOne Events, it automatically shows all photos from Apple Photos on iOS (not sure about macOS?) for that specific date which is great. Is there a way to have select certain to be associated with that post, without duplication?

@dayone Also to confirm has Dayone still not yet add Spotlight support for iOS and macOS like the old version supported? Back in 2023 you mentioned you were tracking demand for the feature as been hoping to able to fully integrate Raycast etc.

@dayone Only interested in using the native apps, but glad to hear search improvements are being tested on web and hopefully rolling out to the apps in the near future.

Hoping this is the year @dayone search gets a full refresh. Inconsistencies still remain between macOS search and iOS. On macOS search is hidden behind a button and results shown in a tiny popup rather than line like Notes, Email, etc. Terms aren't highlighted.

And smart search so works like like gmail, apple mail etc, where you can do date:2024 or before:2022 or using quotes for exact strings or place: etc. Fingers crossed they have been working on a big refresh to modernize it all since so much potential.
