Support confirmed no timeframe on a resolution yet, so will remain a paperweight for all us for the time being unless you purchase VueScan which like most all other software runs fine on latest macOS but pricey software and feel like a fix would come out the day I bought it.

.@ScanSnap_US has released version 4.0 of ScanSnap, but for the millions on macOS 27 Golden Gate Dev Beta or the newly released Public Beta, no ScanSnap still does not work and stops at "processing" leaving them all as an expensive paperweight. Here's hoping 4.0.1 fixes soon.

@wpengine there is a critical WP security update out 7.0.2. Shows in the backend but when downloading on WordPress Engine Site says failed.

@mimestream Assuming thats a macOS limitation of now showing images in notifications, but since most of the world uses Windows Outlook, would be great for built in support, where I assume Mimestream could in the notification swap out the image for the equivalent emotion so it shows. IMHO.

@mimestream So in message notifications it says John Smith reacted to your message. And instead of seeing the icon and knowing how they reacted and thus if I can simply click archive or if it requires opening the message, can't because the emoticon/image doesn't show in notification.

@stripesupport My pleasure, not sure if this helps? To note this site used GiveWP which has a stripe connection. Using this site as an example since happens so consistently.

@stripe @stripesupport For like 2 weeks when going to major sites, Unifi Portal, CNN, etc in Safari all popup saying this error. Assumed was a Safari macOS beta bug but seems to be a Stripe bug "Stripe has set an invalid MIME type on something".

@stripesupport Also finally went ahead and clicked allow for the first time on one of those to see what's actual in the file that gets downloaded from stripe called inner.html. Here it is, so hopefully you can search your code base to see where that is, etc.

@stripesupport Happened again in Safari on CNN when opening an article from homepage. I noticed I was in fact logged in. So does seem to be specific to sites logged into.

@nunezvice But has it returned to a svelte native Mac app that ChatGPT was or still a bloated electron app? While I'm all for putting lipstick on it, most care about what you are putting it on.

@JoannaStern Are we though? While fixes the major gripes of destroying Chat in ChatGPT, but the big question is, if and when will will return to a svelte native Mac app? Before and after. Can't compare to the Codex previous bundle since they wiped that out without warning during the install.

@ajambrosino Such a relief, thank you! Except not seeing the biggest item that it went from a slim native Mac app to a bloated electron app which was a big differentiator over Claude. Can you confirm if electron is just a brief stop gap to provide time to build a proper native Mac app?

Today we're making some updates to the ChatGPT desktop app. - previous chats and cloud projects are in the sidebar - chat mode is now lives alongside work mode, not just in quick chat - fixed a bunch of other things

@aaronp613 Such a relief they reverted so quickly but also alarming they would have ever launched what they did and how disconnected they are from users. Assuming it's still a big bloated electron app under the hood than the native app we've had. but imagine that will take longer to fix.

@aaronp613 Just downloaded 10 minutes ago and this is exactly what we all originally expected where its essentially ChatGPT (no longer called ChatGPT Work), and option to switch to Codex. And when in ChatGPT you can you do default Chat or Work tailored Chat. Recents all show in sidebar now.
