What are you planning to start giving consistently?

In this community, we’re seeing more women share what they know, support each other, and pass opportunities forward. It may feel small, but it adds up. We don’t grow in isolation. We grow by showing up for each other. 🧵

Giving in tech sounds good in theory, but it’s not always easy. We talk a lot about growth in tech, but growth doesn’t just come from what you gain. It also comes from how you participate in the communities you're in. 🧵
