The strategy that made you money last quarter might be the same one bleeding you dry this quarter. That is not a broken system, that is a regime change. Markets rotate between trending, range bound, volatile, and compressed. Your strategy was built for one of these, not all of them. The moment you start tweaking parameters mid drawdown, you are not fixing the system, you are fitting it to the last 10 trades. By the time your "fix" kicks in, the regime shifts again, and now you have a modified strategy that works for a market that no longer exists. The original system would have recovered on its own. Your tweaked version never will, because it is now chasing yesterday's conditions. The best thing to do during drawdown, is to do NOTHING.

Ordered a pure veg meal from Zomato. Customer found non vegetarian substance in the food. He took the photo and raised a complaint to Zomato support team. Support team acknowledges it, they apologize and what they said was "Noted your feedback, we will raise the complaint to the restaurant." That's it, no refund or getting the proper food delivered again.

Selling 1DTE options is getting tougher. Most of the theta gets realized overnight, but carrying overnight risk is brutal. Intraday, there’s barely any real decay—just gamma noise. Premium looks attractive, but actual profit realization is very poor.
