Something I hope the remakes and the next installments in the series keep is the fact Forerunner weapons burn away bodies. Considering they were doing everything they can to stop the flood it only makes sense to keep their guns burning away corpses as a death effect

@bullsquidarmy @NomadicAllo Tbh best course is probably just saying fuck you to a section of the fan base and make the other side happy. Which lets be honest, classic and reach fans will picked since they give em the most money in terms of microtransactions

So why should I be happy when this IP made clear 4/5 doesn’t matter unless it’s for 30 dollars bundles. Heck I’m partial not happy I bought sence it’s a reminder.

@Tech_Pon3 @NomadicAllo I'm a 1-3 purist and when I say abandoning Reach+4's playstyle or 5's playstyle is unacceptable I mean this in good faith. That said, infinite is probably going to get a sequel. I think the remakes are being done so the studio can figure out how to make a halo game in unreal.

@bullsquidarmy @NomadicAllo Tbh I think future games will be for classic fans for the art style and reach fans for the game player. While 4/5 fans will probably just phase (since Hs seems to hate 4/5) and infinite fans will have to wait and see if their story won’t get rebooted.

@Tech_Pon3 @NomadicAllo I suppose but rather I mean a game that 343/HS makes that is designed to cater to all fanbases. They made this problem by trying to make H4 so different and continuing on with H5 and infinite, the onus is on them to fix it, not on us to like what they make.

Their only real solution at this point is to make the halo remakes as if they were Mario Maker and let you pick which Halo it should play like

@NomadicAllo respectfully, the 343 era games are divisive and controversial in every aspect of the games. The less connection to 343's ever changing idea of what halo should be, the better.
