Large, high-income urban patches like Gurgaon demand excessively high amounts of electricity, especially with so many restaurants, corporate offices, malls, & ultra-rich housing societies drawing-in massive amounts of power for ACs, lifts & lighting. Ideally, a small-modular nuclear power plant in NCR should ensure that the region meets all its needs. Till the time that can be achieved, rooftop solar is the way. Governments must go ballistic on solar.

@VishakhRanotra As far as I know, apart from a welding robot(Which is an overkill for this), there doesn't seem to be a simpler way of automating this.

We got a new RFQ recently and I would like to know how would you go about welding this 3 mm thick washer onto a 4 mm rod with MIG welding for thousands of parts reliably with precision?
Please don't suggest robotic arm. Need something more focussed to this application and low-cost.

@volklub It's so good to see a normal instrument cluster with analog dials. This design needs no changing and the ones in newer cars with a thin screen on top of the steering wheel don't look good.

@VishakhRanotra I feel that the same case is true in the scene of DCR and Non-DCR solar panels. The removal of N-DCR panels from net metering will push people for DCR panels which may be heavy on the pocket in the short-run but will greatly help our manufacturers in the long run.

Today, Laksh set out to build a kitchen robot with nothing but a wild idea, crazy imagination, and access to the right resources.

EV’s as a solution was always available for everyone.
People are not at fault But government is.
Infra is scaled today and EV’s can go mainstream now. However it could have been much earlier if Government was serious about it from last 5 years.

As I predicted before. This is not going to stop. A ₹8 sudden increase is not possible as it will create a shock in the economy — add in the political and public turmoil. So this incremental rise in prices is foreseen. As seen from history, very seldom does price of fuel fall in our country. We will be approaching a new normal which will be above ₹100. If you are a new car buyer, do consider EVs. If you're the Government whose reading this post — please invest more on Infra, create nationwide policies/laws which increases EV adoption and give private players more freedom to install chargers on national expressways.
