Yo vi a mujeres embarazadas avergonzadas en la sala de maternidad (por su falta de higiene) y vi a auxiliares y enfermeras bañándolas, cortándoles las uñas y escuchar en sus propias palabras el agradecimiento por la ayuda “mi bebé nacerá limpio gracias a ti”. Vi a una enfermera haciéndose pasar por madre de una señora con Alzheimer, que en sus peores días le pidió perdón a su madre (que no recordaba, y que ya no estaba entre nosotros) y la enfermera respondió que la perdonaba y la amaba y vi gratitud en un abrazo entre madre e hija, y alivio prolongado antes de partir. Vi a los auxiliares de enfermería completamente manchados de vómito mientras sostenían la cabeza de un niño en una crisis, para que no se sintiera solo. Vi a las enfermeras levantar pacientes el doble de su peso y bañarlos para que se sintieran mejor y más frescos. Vi a un bebé mortinato (nacido ya muerto) ser recogido por la enfermera, después darle un baño tibio y acogedor, la vi poniéndose la ropa, la vi arreglando su cabello, para que la madre que insistía en verlo (como es su derecho) la viera limpio y hermoso. Vi enfermeras ir a buscar pastores, sacerdotes, curanderos, y hacer todo para que el paciente se sintiera más cómodo con la visita de autoridades religiosas de sus respectivas religiones. Vi enfermeras en emergencias (que son parte natural de nuestra vida), no pensar dos veces para arriesgar su vida corriendo a abrazar a un paciente con una enfermedad altamente contagiosa que se estaba desmayando, simplemente para sostener su cabeza y no dejar que tuviera un posible traumatismo cráneo encefálico. He visto muchas enfermeras doblar turno por falta de personal dejando en casa hijos, esposo, y una familia comprometidas con su ética... Si hay una profesión más humana y honorable que la Enfermería, perdóneme, pero no la conozco.

For example, you can ask it to extract all the links in an article and it doesn’t try to search the article on Bing Search (which would fail) nor comes up with links based on its memory. It uses Bing only to load the article, then finds the links in the body and gives them back.

Ok, it took a while, but now it more consistently reads the source provided again on each question I make, so it can extract nuances better even in decently sized documents (47 pages)
