The distribution of resourceTypes in @DataCite continues to evolve. A current update shows that 75% of the resources added so far during 2023 are PhysicalObjects. This is a great step forward for connecting these to past and future research. metadatagamechangers.com/blog/2023/7/17…

What does project metadata look like in @DataCite? There are over 100,000 projects described with DataCite metadata. Current approaches in a sample of these (metadatagamechangers.com/blog/2023/5/2/…) shows no clear pattern and opportunities for improving project connectivity.
