LightStem Pro Panel - Systemic Effects: This gets into one of the most powerful aspects of photobiomodulation (PBM) with devices like the LightStim Pro Panel — even though light is applied to one localized area, the benefits often extend systemically throughout the body because of how cells communicate and circulate biochemical signals. Here’s a breakdown of what happens when you target one area, and how results are felt elsewhere: 🔬 Cellular-Level Effects Mitochondrial Activation: Red and near-infrared light stimulate cytochrome c oxidase in mitochondria, producing more ATP. The resulting energy surplus improves not only local cellular repair but also systemic energy availability. Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) Balancing: Mild oxidative stress from PBM triggers adaptive responses across the body, upregulating antioxidant defenses (like SOD and glutathione). This can benefit distant tissues not directly exposed. 🧬 Biochemical Signaling Nitric Oxide (NO) Release: When NO is released locally, it dilates blood vessels and improves circulation system-wide. Better circulation means improved oxygenation and nutrient delivery throughout the body. Cytokine & Growth Factor Release: PBM can modulate inflammatory cytokines and increase growth factors (like BDNF, VEGF), which travel through the bloodstream, exerting effects far beyond the treated area. 💪 Systemic Outcomes Reported * Improved Sleep & Circadian Rhythm: Even localized treatment helps regulate melatonin and circadian balance. * Pain Relief Beyond the Spot Treated: Many users notice reductions in referred or distant pain, due to modulation of the nervous system and systemic endorphin release. * Neuroprotective Benefits: Local stimulation increases circulation and neurotrophic factors that support the brain and spinal cord, even if the panel isn’t placed on the head. * Immune Modulation: PBM helps shift the body toward an anti-inflammatory state, boosting immune regulation throughout the system. * Muscle Recovery: Athletes often see faster recovery not only in the treated muscles but in overall performance capacity, due to improved mitochondrial efficiency body-wide. 🌍 Why This Matters for ALS For ALS specifically, the systemic results are particularly valuable: * Enhanced cellular energy supports weakened neurons and muscles even if they’re not directly irradiated. * Circulation and oxygenation improve in multiple muscle groups, aiding mobility. * Neuroprotective signaling molecules may slow degeneration and support repair in motor neurons. * Mood, resilience, and sleep quality are supported by systemic neurotransmitter and hormone balance. ✅ Bottom line: Even if you place the LightStim Pro Panel on one localized region (e.g., chest, abdomen, or back), you’re not just treating that spot — you’re triggering a cascade of systemic benefits across energy, circulation, immune regulation, and neurological support. #teamtedovercomer #LightStimHealing #Photobiomodulation #ALSWellness #SystemicHealing #EnergyForLife #HealingWithLight #NeuroProtective #RedLightTherapy #ResilientLiving #WholeBodyHealing

I asked ChatGPT AI this question: What are the possible dangers of AI in the future? ChatGPT said: Great question! The future of AI is filled with promise, but it also poses serious risks and dangers if not properly managed. Here’s a concise yet thorough look at the potential dangers of AI: ⚠️ Possible Dangers of AI in the Future ✅ 1️⃣ Job Displacement and Economic Impact AI could automate many jobs, leading to job losses and economic inequality. Entire sectors (e.g., transportation, manufacturing, customer service) may see significant changes, which can destabilize communities. ✅ 2️⃣ Deepfakes & Disinformation AI can create hyper-realistic fake videos, audio, and images (deepfakes) that spread misinformation or defame individuals and institutions. ✅ 3️⃣ Bias and Discrimination AI systems can perpetuate or amplify biases in data, leading to discrimination in hiring, lending, law enforcement, and more. ✅ 4️⃣ Privacy Invasion AI can process massive amounts of data, raising concerns about surveillance and erosion of privacy. ✅ 5️⃣ Autonomous Weapons and Warfare AI in military applications could lead to lethal autonomous weapons and increase the risk of conflicts escalating beyond human control. ✅ 6️⃣ Lack of Transparency & Control Many AI models are “black boxes” – it’s hard to understand how they make decisions, which can be dangerous in high-stakes areas (e.g., healthcare, justice). ✅ 7️⃣ Superintelligence and Existential Risk Some experts worry about the long-term risk of AI surpassing human intelligence (AGI – artificial general intelligence) and acting in ways that harm humanity if its goals don’t align with ours. ✅ 8️⃣ Manipulation and Psychological Impact AI can target and manipulate people’s behaviors through personalized content or ads, exacerbating polarization and damaging mental health. ✅ 9️⃣ Environmental Impact Large AI systems require massive computing power, which can have environmental costs (e.g., carbon emissions from data centers). ✅ 🔟 Dependence and De-skilling Heavy reliance on AI could erode critical thinking and decision-making skills in humans. 🌟 What Can We Do About It? Develop ethical AI principles (transparency, accountability, fairness). Encourage regulations and standards to protect privacy and prevent bias. Promote public awareness and education so people understand both the risks and opportunities. Foster international cooperation to prevent an AI arms race and ensure shared benefits. #ChatGPT #AI #ArtificialInteligence #artificialhyperintelligence

This is MASSIVE ‼️ RFK Jr says HHS is investigating EVERY hidden Big Pharma incentive to doctors to push vaccines and ELIMINATING THEM “We're scanning every corner of the health care system for hidden incentives that corrupt medical judgment. What we're finding is alarming. Doctors are being paid to vaccinate, not to evaluate. They're pressured to follow the money, not the science. We've recently uncovered that more than 36,000 doctors had their Medicare reimbursements altered based upon childhood vaccination rates. That's not medicine. That's coercion. It's immoral. It has no place in a constitutional democracy or in a system that claims to protect children. Medical decisions should be made based upon one thing and one thing only. The well being of the patient. Never on a financial bonus or a government mandate. Patients deserve honest, uncorrupted advice from their doctors. Doctors deserve the freedom to use their training and to follow the science and speak the truth without fear of punishment. Doctors should be guided by medical judgment and their Hippocratic oath, not by financial incentives or government mandates. That's what this policy change is about. And it's just the beginning.“

PubMed Central - Article “A brief literature review of low-level laser therapy for treating amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and confirmation of its effectiveness.” Abstract Introduction Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a neurodegenerative disease with a steadily progressive course due to the death of central and peripheral motor neurons responsible for voluntary movements. Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is a treatment method unique in its universality and efficacy, particularly for neurodegenerative diseases. Methods In this review, we discuss the effect and application of LLLT in the treatment of ALS. A literature search for English and Russian publications for the keywords “Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis”, “Low-Level Laser Therapy” was performed using PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, Web of Science and Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) databases. Results The article provided a brief literature review, substantiated the potential use of low-level laser therapy for ALS. The particular techniques of LLLT were developed. Conclusion Based on the results of several studies and many years of successful experience with low-level laser therapy in Russia we conclude that a LLLT technique, including intravenous laser blood illumination (ILBI), noninvasive laser blood illumination (NLBI), and local exposure, is a promising treatment method for ALS. #ALSResearch #Photobiomodulation #LowLevelLaserTherapy #NeurodegenerativeResearch #Neuroregeneration #HopeForALS #ALSRecovery #HealingALS #AlternativeTherapies

Not giving up on my lung capacity journey! For over a year, I’ve relied on Lifewave patches and, recently, I’ve added a couple of new strategies to my routine: breathing exercises recommended by Duke University and Red Light Therapy (RLT) at Phoenix Holistic Center here in Winston-Salem, NC. What’s fascinating is that RLT, much like the Lifewave patches, uses the principles of "biophotomodulation" — just a different frequency of light, but aimed at supporting our bodies in unique ways. I’m starting to notice some small but promising improvements in my lung’s expiratory and inspiratory scores. Progress may be slow, but every bit counts! I’ll check back in with more updates in a few weeks. Has anyone else tried Red Light Therapy or explored holistic approaches for lung health? I’d love to hear what’s made a difference for you—or if you have tips or questions, let’s chat in the comments. We’re in this healing journey together! #RedLightTherapy #LungHealth #WellnessJourney #BreathworkHealing #Biophotomodulation #HolisticWellness

I honestly can’t believe how much has changed for me in just a few short months. When I first started using the LifeWave X39 patch back in May 2024, I was simply hoping for a small energy boost—nothing dramatic. But what’s happened since then has truly amazed me. For years, I dealt with persistent eye floaters that made reading and focusing difficult. I figured they were just part of aging and something I had to live with. But something remarkable happened two months later. One night while reading text messages on my phone, I noticed that the large dark floater in my left eye had shrunk to a tiny speck. Even more surprising, the floaters in my right eye had become partly transparent. It felt like the fog I’d gotten used to was finally starting to lift. I never expected something so simple could lead to such noticeable results. It’s given me a whole new sense of hope—and motivation to keep going. If you’ve ever experienced a “small change” that led to a big shift in your health, I’d love to hear your story. Whether it’s about eye floaters, energy, or something else entirely—let’s celebrate the wins that bring us back to life. Drop your experience in the comments. We’re in this together. 💬 For more testimonies and to learn how LifeWave is redefining health, go to shorturl.at/ubQnd ___________ #NaturalHealing #HealthBreakthrough #X39Success #VisionImprovement #WellnessWins

I wanted to share something personal that’s made a huge difference in my journey with diabetes. For years, the Med Techs at my assisted living community took my sugar readings every morning. With my doctor’s guidance, I stopped taking Metformin back in April 2023 and focused on managing my levels through diet. My numbers stayed between 95 and 150, which felt like progress, but I knew I still had work to do. In May 2024, I decided to try the Lifewave X39 patch, not really sure what to expect. The first six weeks, honestly, I didn’t notice much change. I stuck with it—and suddenly, my morning sugars started dropping, settling between 85 and 115. The real turning point came a few months later: my doctor told me I’m no longer diabetic! Now I only need to have my sugar checked once a week and a blood test every three months. If you’re on your own journey with diabetes or exploring new ways to support your health, I’d love to hear what’s worked for you. Have you tried any new tools or lifestyle changes that made a difference? Let’s support each other—share your story or tips in the comments! Dear Friends, Update on My Follow-Up Appointment at Duke ALS Clinic (May 27th) I wanted to share a brief update following my recent visit to the Duke ALS Clinic. My ALSFRS-R score, which measures function and mobility, remains steady at 32. Although my lung capacity is approaching a critical range, it has held at 56%, which is a source of tremendous encouragement. Statistically, these results show stability over the past eight months—a testament to the power of proactive care. During my appointment, I was introduced to two new breathing exercises—techniques I wish I’d been given much earlier in my journey. I’m grateful that I advocated for myself and asked the right questions. I kindly ask that you continue to keep me in your thoughts and prayers, specifically that my lung capacity improves and that motor neuron degeneration slows or stops altogether. If you feel led, please consider supporting my ongoing medical journey through my GoFundMe campaign: gofund.me/ad9db064. As a reminder, June is ALS Awareness Month—a time to shine a light on this disease and foster hope for everyone impacted. Peace and blessings, Ted #ALS #ALSawareness #graitude
