Yes, but it’s not super interesting. It’s like Ganymede and Callisto. Theres simply too much water and the pressure forces it back into a solid long before it interacts with the rocky core like on Europa. So very little chance of water based life on Titan.
My bet is, if it has life, it will be methane based on the surface

During Artemis II, Goddard’s optical terminal showed how laser comm sends more data & clearer imagery than traditional radio systems. Notice the shift in clarity as Orion switches from radio frequency to laser comm.
