Today is my daughter's 18th Birthday. 18yrs ago I was told we wouldn't make it with my mental health, an addict father and social services everywhere. Today she is the kindest, most beautiful soul, learning to drive and preparing for her A level exams. I'm so proud of her

@Tedrogers33 No I was alone. I kinda kept my head down after I picked myself up, so I didn't notice if anyone saw or was walking over. But I'm glad nobody was close by, because I don't like the attention.

I've had a fall. The first fall I've had since September. But it's another nasty one, and again I fell in the road. Thankfully my thick coat protected my arms and shoulders. But cuts to my knees and hands and bruises down my left hand side. 😔
