@GenePark I completely understand the sentiment. Gaming culture has always been a bit fraught, but there's something much deeper that's shifted in the last 2-3 years. I do my best to remind myself that twitter, at least, is full of bots. But then I see much the same on other platforms.

i deleted my fighting game tweet. honestly this is why i'm not on gaming podcasts anymore. i actually turned down a good paying opportunity to be on a gaming podcast at a publication. i do not like doing it anymore. you all are good at reminding me how boring it is.

Hilarious plot twist on Stephanie Nadolny (Funi Kid Goku) claiming her arrest was fake news & threatening legal action: She was seemingly NOT in fact out on parole. The govt. website now shows her parole denied. So whoever was tweeting that... was by all accounts likely not her

@JordanLDurham It's not right on the line at all brother. It's all literally easily verifiable, factual information. The only bit that is conjecture is saying that the person tweeting was, by all accounts, LIKELY not her. Conjecture is not illegal nor wrong.

@JordanLDurham Genuinely, for your own good, step back for a second and please understand: Defamation, or "defamatory information", explicitly means spreading lies/untrue information. Nothing being said is lies or untrue. Its literally direct links to govt websites

The community reaction to this is really proving the "Dragon Ball fans dont read" stereotype Nadolny WAS incarcerated. Her entire argument is "Umm you missed the part that I'm now out on parole! So.. fake news!!" There are arrest records, mugshots. This isnt even her first time
