@Motawif_SA Where are the buses to take us to the airport? You sent emails telling us to be in hotel lobby 12 hours before our flight. We have waited 6 hours, another 6 to go.

@Motawif_SA We want to experience it too but you did not make provision for bus services. People walked there yesterday from the Jamarat and were getting lost trying to make their way back. Since Fajr this morning, people cannot get any bus to take them to Haram. Please make it easier for us

@Motawif_SA Salaam alaykum Mistakes are still made after people arrived Madinah, can you make it easier for us? We are leaving here for Mecca Insha Allah on 4th, we need to know the time. Why do we need to register for it,is part of our package. It seems you want us to fight over bus spaces.
