Research Highlight ⏩💫 Azide chemistry enables "C3" or "ipso-C" deletion but often suffers from selectivity issues at C3. In contrast, nitro chemistry can facilitate "C5" deletion and also achieve "ipso-C" deletion without such selectivity limitations. Go and give it a read✨
