SERVICE INTERRUPTION | OSONA & ONDANGWA
Dear Valued Customer,
Telecom Namibia is currently experiencing service disruptions in Osona Village and Ondangwa, affecting fixed (TD-LTE) services.
Current Status:
- Osona Village: Services are impacted due to an external power outage.
- Ondangwa: Services are affected due to a technical fault.
Our technical teams are on-site in both locations and are working with urgency to restore full connectivity as quickly as possible.

We regret to inform you that Telecom Namibia is currently experiencing service interruptions on our fixed voice and data services in Khomasdal, Windhoek, due to cable theft.
This interruption affects customers residing in: Visarend, Bunting, Naguil, Bokmakierie, Bosduif, Tortelduif, Geelsysie and Starling streets.
Vandalism of infrastructure causes serious disruptions to the community. We kindly request that you alert the Namibian Police or your nearest Telecom Namibia office if you witness any suspicious activities near our infrastructure.
