Something interesting is happening at Vodafone Idea. After years of network complaints and subscriber losses, the telco is suddenly showing signs of life again. Q4FY26 highlights: • ARPU jumps from Rs 175 -> Rs 190 • Subscriber additions turn positive from February 2026 • 5G now live in 80+ cities • 48 million more people added under 4G coverage • Highest average daily revenue in 6 years This could mean one thing for consumers: Vi’s network investments may finally be starting to show on the ground. The real question now is can Vi actually make a comeback against Airtel and Jio in the premium 5G era? #VI #VodafoneIdea

A regular phone just pulled near-100 Mbps broadband from space. AST SpaceMobile says its Block 1 BlueBird satellites delivered 98.9 Mbps directly to a standard smartphone, without phone modification or new hardware. For India, this matters because AST SpaceMobile has partnered with Vi to explore direct-to-phone satellite broadband. This could become a future coverage layer for remote areas, highways, islands and disaster zones. $ASTS #ASTSpaceMobile #VI #VodafoneIdea

So Airtel’s margins are clearly better. However, when it came to the net profits/net income for Q4 FY26, Airtel reported net profits of Rs 7,245 crore meanwhile Jio reported a net profit of Rs 7,935 crore. #airtel #jio

@Sumantkr73 SA availability may depend on site readiness, signal strength and device support. Indoors, the phone may fall back to NSA or 4G if SA signal quality is weak. Please share your location and device model so the issue is easier to understand.

Airtel says its 5G network is now fully SA ready. But the interesting part is this: FWA is already running fully on standalone 5G, while mobile users will move in phases. The next phase of 5G may not just be about speed. It will be about homes, low latency, edge, enterprise and better network control. #BhartiAirtel

Rising petrol and diesel prices will also increase tower opex (operational expenditure) for telecom companies like Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea. This could lead to another round of tariff hike, sooner than we expect. #airtel #jio #vi #tariffhike

Airtel users are now consuming 31.4 GB data per month on average up 32.8% YoY. At the same time, Airtel’s ARPU rose to Rs 257 from Rs 245. What does this mean? People are using more data, streaming more content, upgrading to smartphones, and slowly moving toward higher-value plans. India’s telecom market is becoming less about SIM count and more about premium digital users. #Airtel #Telecom #5G #india
