We’re excited to share that Teleo has joined Havoc. Today, @HavocAi_USV announced the acquisitions of Teleo and @MAVRIK_INC, expanding its all-domain collaborative autonomy across sea, air, and land. When Vinay Shet and Rom Clement started Teleo, the goal was simple: build autonomy for heavy machinery that works in the real world. Since then, the Teleo team has been focused on enabling a single operator to supervise multiple machines safely and productively across demanding industries including construction, mining, and logistics. With this acquisition, Teleo’s commitment to our customers and partners remains unchanged. We will continue focusing on what we do best: delivering the leading fleet-based ground autonomy platform for real-world industrial operations. Joining Havoc gives us the opportunity to accelerate this work and expand what Teleo’s technology can do. Havoc’s platform connects autonomous systems across domains, enabling fleets of machines to share data, coordinate operations, and scale in new ways. We’re incredibly grateful to the Teleo team, our customers, our partners, and investors who have helped build Teleo, and we’re excited about what we will accomplish together with Havoc.

Today, we're announcing that Teleo has 34 new machine orders from 9 new customers across pulp and paper, logging, port logistics, munition clearing, and more. We're currently working in a total of 10 industries. This is just the beginning of our expansion into more industries.
