Bullet Rhythm: Testing with MSU / SEGA CD Using the CD audio quality, I believe I achieved the desired goal, and today I did my first test with the MSU standard, which can also be used by those who have a SEGA CD, but, at the moment, the cartridge will be indispensable, as I am not programming natively for the SEGA CD, only using the audio tracks. This experiment will automatically benefit future titles with optional audio tracks, including Final Fight MD (yes, finally, you can include the SEGA CD audio). Although I know some people don't like this, Bullet Rhythm will have its music tracks entirely made by AI (with complete or partial lyrics of my own authorship), and I want to make sure not to hide this fact. In short, the video shows only a premature embryo, being the first test of its kind. I hope you enjoy it.

@nvmusa That’s so uninteresting, because not the hardware is important, the games are important. No games, no interest. Could as well be a Jaguar 2 prototype, interesting for some hardware nerds, but not relevant for gamers. Congrats to you though.

@yuzokoshiro I did my best to support the project by buying Switch Collectors Edition and the OST on vinyl. Plus digital version on Switch and PlayStation. Now I’m looking forward to preorder the MD version with extra content. 😍

There were mixed opinions about saving the MD version for last, but thanks to everyone who supported the modern releases, we were able to continue MD development without strain. Not through crowdfunding, but by people actually playing the game early. I’m truly proud of that. The MD version isn’t just about bug fixes. We were also able to add a little extra content. I hope you’ll look forward to it.

The Earthion game ROM is now finalized. This was the last update! A big step forward toward the long-awaited MD/Gen release. Front-end updates for modern platforms will continue. #Earthion

@Telespieleabend @Howards_Arcade Those tracks are exclusive to exA-Arcadia. EXA handled the recording of all those versions. I personally own all the music rights, but per the agreement, those tracks can’t be used outside the EXA arcade release.

I've been occasionally asked about Earthion for MD/Gen lately, so here’s a quick update. I know many of you are waiting to hear about the pre-order start date. Release plans are still on track for this year. Nothing has changed so far. Once the ROM is finalized, there are still various verification and production preparation steps, and since the kind of production infrastructure we had back in the day is no longer available, everything simply takes longer. In the meantime, we’re also working on platform-specific fixes and updates for the modern console versions. Things are moving forward steadily. Thank you for your patience, and please hang in there just a little longer 🙏
