In accordance with the Telos Guardian Bylaws, a new election for a Guardian's seat should be triggered upon resignation. However, given there is a scheduled board election in January, Betty will now abstain from any voting or duties & formally resign her seat in January. /2

Telos Guardians Community Update: The Telos Foundation Guardians have in a majority vote determined that a conflict of interest exists for Betty Njoroge given her association with KOY Network as a co-founder. In light of this she has resigned her position as a Telos Guardian. /1
