I overthink even the most basic things If I sense a change in tone or pattern of text it bothers me until I can address it I’m crippled with worry when my people don’t reach out to me on time It’s hard to trust my decisions because there’s always the voice in my head going “what if you’re wrong” “what if they don’t like it” I tend to second guess myself. Finally I like to isolate because the only time I have a semblance of peace is when I’m in my own space and don’t have to stress on what to do/decisions to make
