That $2 trillion figure is completely unrealistic what’s the source? But even if we assume it’s true, I’d still argue that Iran is one of the few countries that genuinely needs a strong defense budget, given its hostile regional environment and longstanding tensions with Israel. And do you really think U.S. sanctions have nothing to do with Iran’s economic struggles?

@vestigialtech @clashreport It doesn't matter at all; knowing this won't reduce American spending. In the end, you'll be paying for the war; food will be more expensive, and health insurance won't get any cheaper. The main thing is that your money goes against Iran, not for you.
