We are aware of an incident affecting @rhea_finance. As a precautionary measure, deposits and withdrawals on Templar have been temporarily paused while @near_intents assesses transactions potentially linked to the incident. Templar was not affected, and no Templar user funds have been lost or stolen. We are monitoring the situation closely alongside @near_intents and will share further updates as more information is confirmed.

I’m a bit embarrassed to ask this, but… Where can I take out a loan using self-custodied Bitcoin as collateral? With a low APY, obviously. And preferably no wBTC or similar wrappers 🙏
