The attacker held fresh valid VaultAuth signatures from an authorized signer, but the EIP-712 digest only bound nonce/deadline/amount and keccak256(swap.data). It did NOT bind the full SwapInfo: fromToken, toToken, swap amount, or aggregator. So a valid authorization could be repurposed with attacker-controlled fields, forcing the strategy to approve the attacker contract for max gauge shares, which were then drained via transferFrom. How were the signatures obtained? On-chain data cannot prove it. Possibilities include a normal signing flow, an overly permissive signing API, backend compromise, or signer key compromise. 🚨TenArmor Security Alert🚨 It appears that on 20th April Juicebox Protocol @juiceboxETH was exploited. Some of the attack txns were frontrun by MEV bots. one of frontrun tx: etherscan.io/tx/0xc46cb7af8… It seems to be a whitehat bot and claimed to return the funds, so @me_jango can reach out. The on-chain message: etherscan.io/tx/0xc729b8dd7… REVLoans had a trust-boundary + decimal-normalization bug: it accepted an attacker-controlled fake terminal as a valid loan source and counted its fake 36-decimal “borrowed amount” as if it were real 18-decimal project value. After poisoning totalBorrowedFrom, the attacker used minimal collateral to open a real ETH loan and drain roughly 21.77 ETH from the project treasury.

🚨TenArmor Security Alert🚨 A Base contract named #PropAMMWrapper has a price calculation mistake, caught by some MEV bots. One of the tx: A suspicious txn appears to have got ~0.926 cbBTC for just 0.04 ETH, likely triggered by an MEV bot. Root cause: the pricing stack seems to quote in USDC terms (6 decimals), but that quote value was then used directly as the final cbBTC transfer amount. In other words, the system appears to have treated a USD-denominated quote like a cbBTC token amount. 🚨 KelpDAO rsETH got hit for $292M — the biggest DeFi exploit of 2026. Not a smart-contract bug. Attackers forged a single LayerZero DVN message(requiredDVNCount=1) from Unichain → Ethereum. Nonce 308 never existed on Unichain. They instantly “burned” 116,500 fake rsETH while real supply was only ~49k.
