Update My current positions aren’t my dream portfolio, but they’re solid for now, I’ve got a bit of downside buffer and can head into the summer comfortably. More size would be nice, but I’m not trying to force anything right now. I’ll wait for this upside move to play out first and see how momentum develops. There should still be plenty of time over the next few weeks to accumulate, even in an potential uptrend. I’m assuming either this turns out to be a bull trap and we head back toward the swing lows, or we get a downtrend BO + correction to the top line of most ascending triangles from here. I’d consider bidding some setups if we get this retest after some clean BOs with volume (watchlist in the comments). So no need to force more size, just sitting comfortably on these partial positions for now. Basically, I’m just waiting to see whether we get a real downtrend breakout with strong volume and increasing momentum, or if we quickly fall back into the range and this turns out to be a bull trap or fakeout. That’s why I don’t want to add more size or take additional trades here just to chase the move. I’ve also built small AAVE + TAO (+subnets) positions, never managed to get a HYPE entry. I’d like to enter either a PUMP and/or a PENGU setup heading into the summer, structure looks as bad as many think, idk about XPL (bottomed out, fundamentals, marketing scam?), but I’m still undecided, waiting for more structure, so for now I’m just waiting this week out and seeing how things develop. Basically, if we get a proper downtrend breakout with stronger upside continuation, I’d like to swing a few altcoin setups from a potential retest (after confirmation, most ascending triangle patterns) to capture some momentum and profits. Long term though, I’m mainly focused on BTC, ETH, and SOL. Still undecided whether I want to focus on TAO and ZRO as longer term holds. Still unsure if this move can sustain, so I’m sticking to partial positions and staying cautious after the recent pump. Stocks, just riding CRCL and NTO for now. If Solana manages a sustainable move into the triple digit range and we get a clean downtrend breakout that holds above this ascending triangle, I could also see myself trading a few meme coins again. So, doing nothing for now. Waiting for 1. Downtrend BO + retest (confirmation) on different setups (will post), retest for swing entries 2. Chop and slow bleed after this pump back into the range 3. Pump into heavy resistance, ~81k BTC and ~2.6k ETH and ~116 SOL, watching the reaction/potential fakeout while probably selling some of myAAVE/ZRO/TAO into this (weakness) 4. Giga pump beyond resistance, only partial positioned, sidelined when it comes to the position size i wanted, but that’s on bc that should create multiple day trading setups again, both in meme coins and across other narratives. Whatever happens, happens.
