@SaintSFGil Back in the day Target followed the same model as Costco by having Target be a place to basically exist in. Which involved having a dining area where kids and adults could eat popcorn, pizza, hot dogs and icees. They slowly transitioned to Starbucks but those were removed.

Because I don't see what kind of lesson or story you can tell by having the main character have the villains win. I'd be curious what kind of life experience or literature or medium that would inspire the writer to make such a story.

Unfortunately, the main reason fans of anime today are likely fatigued about sexual content in anime is because they watch a concentration of sexual content through the clips, gifs, and memes instead of the depth of character and story. Not to mention the barrage of fan art.

What the average viewer now sees when it comes to anime is not enjoying the show itself in context of a story and meaning but rather a fan's opinion of a show being presented using clips, gifs and memes. Then you have another group that pushes their agenda onto everyone else.

One thing that hobbyists of anime seem to miss is that the majority of young millennials and gen Z primarily watch anime not in the full context of episodes to sit down and watch. They watch clips, gifs, and most importantly out of context edited memes of the shows.

@thechillyzen That's why pulling feedback through social media doesn't generate good data because you primarily hear from a vocal minority. What compounds the problem is that people are encouraged to be performative or push an ideological agenda to capture an audience through shock jock acts.
