Without a doubt, as the young American, Ethan Quinn, upset Casper Ruud 6-4, 7-6(7). He crushed his forehand, and his first serve. The 22-year-old is not great yet, at the tournaments, but he is better, slightly. We will see if he plays terrific in the next round at Miami.

She can be up and down, but Amanda Anisimova edged Ajla Tomljanovic 6-1, 5-7, 6-4. She will battles, though. “It's not easy, a lot of shifts in the match for sure, but really happy with the way I kept refocusing and didn't really pay too much attention to it or let my energy go."

A tough match, but Coco Gauff beat Elisabetta Cocciaretto 3-6, 6-4, 6-3. It was someone close, but the American pushed herself, and she became patient, until she could crack it. “There is stress, but last week I decided to try , even though I am I am sore. I have to manage it.”

Four years ago, Aryna Sabalenka was up and down, but now, she is so consistent, and her forehand and her backhand is tremendous. She won IW: “I learned to be mentally strong no matter what. And even though I lost, so many painful ones, I'm able to stay focused and fight for it.”

Sinner won at IW, and now, he is locked in. “I’m very focused already for Miami. When you have this rhythm, I also don't want to lose it. It's going to be very important. That's the last hard court event before the clay. We will try to perform in the best possible way.”

..., it. The No. 2 could become No. 1 this year, eventually, but it is a long time this year. The No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz is still here, too.

Down 0-4 in the second set, and Sinner jumped up as fast as he could, and he beat Medvedev 7-6 (6) 7-6 (6) 7-6 (4) at IW. Medvedev was pretty close in the rallies, but Sinner never backed off. His first serve, his massive forehand and his backhand, and he strikes...

It is very hot in the desert, but Sinner won the 1st set 7-6 (6) over Medvedev. The Russian had a chance to take it in the tiebreaker, but close to the net, he let it go, yet Sinner hit it on the lines. The Italian is very focused, but in the 2nd set, Medvedev might play better.

Yesterday, Daniil Medvedev beat Carlos Alcaraz and now, he is in the final vs Sinner. It should be close, but there will be many rallies, and throw it all around the box. Serving and the forehand will be crucial.

That was an incredible match, when Aryna Sabalenka edged Elena Rybakina 36 63 7-6 (5) in the final at IW. Rybakina had a match point, but at the net, right there, and she hit it long. Sabalenka can be frustrated, but she thinks about it, and change it. The No. 1 is so darn, good.

He made almost no errors, when Daniil Medvedev took down Carlos Alcaraz 6-3, 7-6 (3). He wasn’t tired at all, but the Spaniard looked exhausted in the heat, and he made lots of errors in the tiebreak. Medvedev mixed it up, a lot. To face Sinner in the final.

Daniil Medvedev is locked in, winning the first set 6-3 vs Carlos Alcaraz. Usually, he likes rally, but it is very hot, so Medvedev will go for it, early. His forehand and his backhand close to the lines, and he is attacking. Early, though.

He has so much varierty, as Sinner beat Zverev 6-2 6-4 in the in the semis at IW. Sinner new where he had to go, and fool, him. He returned well, and his serves are massive. Sinner has another chance to win another ATP 1000. Maybe.

So much power with Sinner, his forehand and his backhand are very deep, and he is tall, but he is fast, too. He won 6-2 in the first set. Zverev is not playing well, at all. He has to push it.

It is close, between Jannik Sinner vs. Alexander Zverev, but the Italian Sinner just broke, now he is up 3-2. He can pound it, and focus, a lot. Zverev does like ralliers, but he has to try super hard.

Elena Rybakina turned around in the first set, and she beat Elina Svitolina 7-5, 6-4 to reach into the final. She can get frustrated, but she will think about it, and reset. Rybakina first served is massive, so many aces. She can whip, it.

Carlos Alcaraz will play vs Daniil Medvedev on Saturday. He is running so fast, and he is also mixing it up, heavily. "I feel I can do it. So when it comes, I just feel like can do it. It wasn't really difficult to do it, and the easiest shot in that ball. So it's just natural.”

Sabalenka is up 5-2, raising ahead:  “My superpower is balancing this on-and-off-the-court life. I think that's what really important, and that's where I'm good at.”

The very loud Aryna Sabalenka is playing amazing, winning all the times. She will face Linda Noskova in the semis, who is young and talented, but the Czech is up and down. Sabalenka rarely plays badly, and her forehand and her backhand are super strong.
