Seismic keeps attracting some pretty interesting builders. Vend just joined the Seismic Builders Program, and the idea they are working on says a lot about where onchain finance is heading. Vend is building financial infrastructure for autonomous businesses. Think laundromats, vending machines, kiosks machines that generate revenue every day but still rely on fragmented payment systems and limited access to capital. Their vision is simple: machines that generate cash flow should be able to finance themselves. On top of @SeismicSys , Vend is building USDv, a digital dollar designed for machine driven transactions, along with revenue based lending markets that allow these businesses to access credit based on real activity. Payments, revenue data, margins, financing activity all of this is sensitive operational information. Running that on fully public rails would expose the entire business model. Seismic privacy preserving execution allows these systems to operate onchain without turning business data into public intelligence. Finance moving beyond apps and exchanges, and becoming embedded directly into machines that generate economic activity. Seismic positioning itself as the infrastructure layer under that shift.
