Only trading content I consume, - Mark Douglas webinars/books at least once per QTR (learn something new each time) - @chatwithtraders podcasts 1/2x a month - @wordsofrizdom podcasts every weekend. outside that, I largely ‘fast’ from media relating to trading. I focus on me & my processes. If I embed myself in the trading world too much, I will care too deeply. & it increases my emotional commitment to my live performance. keep the mind clear, it’s all you’ve actually got.

I totally get why traders teach. You may think that they're unprofitable or trying to "scam" you. But walk a day in our shoes... Trading in itself is completely unfulfilling. We sit in a room clicking buttons. It is so easy to fall into depression and introversion. So before you knock someone for teaching and being compensated for their time, just think for yourself the reasons behind providing a service to the community. It is much deeper than trying to fleece you for money.. especially if the educator or platform provides true value.
