Poi, un nuovo indizio sulla possibilità che il 42enne abbia cercato disperatamente il proprio inalatore per l’asma, mentre i due agenti di polizia lo schiacciavano a terra e quattro volontari dell’ambulanza assistevano all’intervento. Il fonico forense ha filtrato, analizzato e trascritto in esclusiva per La Stampa il video di 5 minuti e 20 secondi girato da un residente del quartiere Pilastro di Bologna domenica 19 luglio. But here’s the thing, the content is in Finnish, and Finnish law allows for this exact thing.

YouTube has just taken down the political discussion clip about the EU's Chat Control, and the video is no longer viewable in the EU. This has been confirmed by several parties. The video is still available outside the EU. @puheenaihefi podcast is a Finnish current affairs program with 60k subscribers. In this episode, Peter Sund, CEO of the Finnish Information Security Cluster (Kyberala ry) offered pointed criticism of the EU's new Chat Control directive, which was enacted under questionable circumstances. Because the media is in Finnish, it is highly likely the censorship request came from a Finnish government official or a related party. This makes it troublesome. Because the Finnish constitution §12 guarantees freedom of expression. Preventing political publications is a criminal offence: Abuse of Official Position, punishable by a fine or imprisonment for up to two years. BREAKING: The European Parliament just passed Chat Control 1.0 A proposal to stop the new law, which will allow big tech companies to voluntarily scan all private messages, needed an absolute majority of 361 voted but received only 314 votes. As it was the last day before summer recess, many MEPs had returned to their home countries and didn’t take part in the surprise vote. Chat Control 2.0 is still being prepared. That law will make it mandatory to scan people’s private messages.
