Last weekend, a dream became reality. I had the honor of stepping onto the stage as an official @TEDTalks Speaker.
Thank you to everyone who texted, called, prayed, and encouraged me. What many people do not know is that four different people told me after hearing me keynote that I needed to apply to be a TEDx speaker. By the fourth time, I knew God was speaking to me. I submitted what I had, and honestly it was not much. Thank you to NET Alliance for selecting me and trusting Principal Auntie with that stage.
Congratulations to the incredible speakers I had the honor of sharing the stage with. Well done good and faithful servants.
Special shout out to my brother @TheRealDrRay, who set the stage on fire before intermission. Someone told me this week they even used one of his quotes in a paper. That is impact.
To my Principal Auntie Dream Team, thank you for helping me prepare, pushing me with honest feedback, and supporting me every step of the way. Talia Presley, Cedric Randall, Sheleah D. Reed, APR , Brandi Randall, Katrina White, and Larry Bogany Jr., you make me better.
To everyone who showed up, sent encouragement, and supported this moment, thank you. Your presence meant more than you know.

Teacher Candidates from Cohort 4 spent Wednesday/Thursday learning about professional responsibilities and the Code of Ethics. 📚 They explored real-world scenarios, ethical decision-making, and what it means to serve students and families. I enjoyed my two days with them 🙂
