I saw her in the ICU that day, in a condition I wouldn't wish on anyone. Her family was devastated, and it's a sight I haven't been able to forget. Today's news has brought a small sense of relief. Delhi Police must be held accountable for its actions. This young woman's life is precious, just as the lives of every protester who was there are precious. Every one of them deserves dignity, safety, and justice.
