@TerenceCowans i honestly can’t think of any stunts where the GOAL is to catch it at eye level and not the top? like obviously not every stunt is gonna hit extension perfectly but why would u drill not catching stunts at the top?

@RebelAthletic There are def exceptions but there are plenty stunts in which a bases catch at the eyes and finish the stunt and I believe that’s what this would be for no? Also if anything ever catches below the very top proper tech is to drop lower to stand up so it would help there.

i understand the concept of what she’s saying that eye level is “extenstion” but why are you working to that BARE minimum instead of aiming for the top? imo this can’t be good for muscle memory when actually you’re doing the skills
