@TeroP29 Butland is definitely good enough. All GKs make mistakes and it’s a very fine line being one. His kicking needs to improve and does put us on the back foot at times.

The amount of needless pressure he puts us under in these games is unprecedented and fairly easily sorted.
He’s a decent shot stopper, what keeper isn’t.

His kicking is amateur level. Under no pressure.

The issue is what VAR can and can’t do in these circumstances.
They looked at the Initial point of contact for possible Penalty.
It was outside the box, so their checks ended at that point.
Their remit is strictly limited

For what it's worth, and I'm really not sure it's much, the KMI has noted two more VAR errors in their latest report.
The panel voted unanimously that VAR should have recommended Cammy Kerr of Livingston be red carded for DOGSO against Rangers.
And they also voted unanimously that VAR should have recommended the red card shown to St.Mirren's Richard King against Motherwell be rescinded.
So, that's nice.
