@iankilroy Do you not think the time has now arrived where we all should lower our expectations? This cycle probably has a few more years to run unfortunately. I’m now starting to think it will be more enjoyable watching and just not expecting very much.

Today shouldn't have been a surprise to any of us. Conceding goals late in games hasn't been about fitness or setup (although some substitutions have been rank), it's all been about the mentality of our players. The way we panic and head back to goal rather than looking for markers, naturally sitting deep and obviously fearing the clock. In those Championship minutes from 75 minutes onwards, we've failed time and time again. The first thing we need to do is to make sure those that do arrive in the summer have played under the same pressure they'll face as Town players next year. There's expectation here that's different to most. Not all players are up to it. Whilst not surprising, today was pathetic and a new low for this 'group'.

@TerrierSpirit05 Massive assumptions there. Don’t confuse a contrasting opinion to yours as someone who doesn’t back their team 100% every game. I’d love for Grant to succeed, however our season will be defined on what we do against the top teams and our points from those games.

@TerrierSpirit05 @KevinNagleMLS I had this conversation the other day, what woukd it take for the fans who were wanting Grant out to get behin him? The 3 wins were good but against poor sides. Today, decent result IMO but many still want more. I think Grants needs to beat some 'Top 6' sides to change minds.

So interesting reading the #htafc timeline after that, some polar opposite opinions, and some extreme views at both ends of the spectrum! Despite being a negative bellyacher, I'm quite happy with the result and I thought over all a fair reflection of the game.

@GingerOgre @KevinNagleMLS It will come .. few bodies getting back fit and some fresh signings this month. I believe we are on an upward curve ! Tend to agree that an earlier sub (possibly Dion Charles) may have helped us to push for the win. But after the abuse from some “fans” I’m sure Lee Grant ..

Thoroughly enjoyed the last 4 games battled for every ball and each other. The tide is turning - just need some of the fan base to change their mindset !
