The #49ers are likely NOT going WR in Rd1, but if they did, they should take Chris Bell or Ted Hurst, better options than Omar Cooper and KC Concepcion. Concepcion’s hands and catch radius are subpar and Cooper is solid but he plays much slower than he timed.
