@dstaples Like Pittsburgh in America, Edmonton is the crown jewel of hockey talent in NHL history over the history of their franchise. But New York and Toronto just happen to bigger media markets. Kind of annoying.

@DomSramaty The illusion of parity is alive and well, when you’re down to the last week of the regular season and there’s as many as 5 or 6 teams still playing for the last 2 or 3 spots it keeps fan engaged, watching, and spending. Revenue is what they care about, not real parity.

I love how Bowman blames the players and the coach equally to himself, great leadership. At least say you carry the most blame, you don’t have to believe but should say it. Oh, and it’s true.
