Resort & hospitality sales down big. Q1 was bad for all things travel: resorts, airlines, hotels, timeshare developments, travel clubs etc. Second and third quarter will be worse. BUT then it is over. Plan on a big, a really big bounce back in Q4. fool.com/earnings/call-…

ok, so an office building REIT is bordering of bankruptcy. It has defaulted on high yield, convertible preferreds which are priced at $.07 on the $. When they are bought out before filing for Fed protection the preferreds will still be out there.

I believe that to keep our economy growing & the country thriving we must do things in a NORMAL manner. Yes NORMAL. If shocked; you are the problem. Ask yourself...."is this how it was done in 1985" If the answer is no...then it is likely not good for the country.
