Luka not coming back this year. Only way he could possibly play again is the finals. His hamstring not healing in 4 weeks, add to the fact he’s prone to gain weight from not being able to do any cardio. So if he did come back he would be fat Luka.

Small ball lineup for the lakers in the playoffs with LeBron at the 5. Bron, Dalton, Luke, Rui, and Jake and Smart can take each others place. Staters. Bronny, RUI, Jake, Ayton, Bron, or smart for Bronny if he’s healthy.

I played ball for 4 years overseas and I can tell you playing with guys who were worried about getting pulled if they turned the ball over is the worst. Dalton ain’t never lost his confidence, trust me he knows he belongs.

Now that we won’t even get an indication of what Austin will do in the playoffs, we’re more or less in a position where we do have to pay him. The bottom line is whether or not you think he’s worth what he’s eligible for, there’s just no replacing his production if he just walks. And if you think we should let him go elsewhere, I’d like to see what the backup plan is.

Often times these are on the non-dominant side, much more common in baseball players. The oblique muscles are responsible for twisting and are a core muscle. So every time you twist your abdomen, the oblique muscles are responsible for re-centering you. These are really painful, especially since there are nerves that run close to the ribs where they attach. Traditionally these are injected carefully under ultrasound with either PRP or stem cells. Surgery is very rare for these. Similar to Doncic and his hamstring injury, these are commonly reinjured if the player returns to sport too quickly. Minimum 3 weeks for a grade 2, sometimes closer to 5 if there is any rib cartilage damage.
