@tetleyuk Hi @tetleyuk I have recently bought a box of 240 Original and half of the box’s teabags are spilling tea leaves. I have tried to contact customer support and it’s not letting me. Can you sort it out?

@tetleyuk Having a teabag that doesn't disintegrate in the travel mug whilst brewing. Have had this issue with all brands @PGtips has been worst recently since going plastic free (gets an A* for effort, but misses in execution). Tetley original not quite strong enough flavour

@hearnesque (continued from last comment) 1.Boil water once for optimal flavour 2.Brew black tea to boiling for robust taste 3.Patience is key. Most drinkers prefer 1-3 min brew time 4.Add milk after hot water to taste 5.Sweeten with white or brown sugar, or honey if you like it sweet
