@1peumoinspauvre You’re still conflating asset/legal ownership with governance. Holding assets doesn’t mean controlling DAO decisions. Those depend on governance mechanisms, not legal title. There’s clearly a misunderstanding of the fundamentals here, so I’ll leave it there 🫡

This document specifies who owns the DAO and the RMM. It also legally states that the funds generated by the RMM’s returns belong to the company’s shareholders. Therefore, as you explain, governance is carried out by the representatives of this company. If you distinguish between the DAO and the company, the DAO owns nothing except a website, but the RMM is therefore not legally owned by the DAO. Since the DAO exercises rights and duties over this RMM, it is therefore under the authority of and complicit with the legal executives of the company.

@Teugos Writing and telling lies is wrong. It’s important to remember that, legally speaking, the DAO is owned by a company run by Remy and Jean-Marc Jacobson, the executives of RealT. So to say that it’s not the same thing is to lie publicly.
