@Kalshi_Culture I thought the Departed was one of the worst movies ever, and they gave him best picture and director because he was snubbed on Goodfellas. I don't know why people keep saying it was so fantastic, when it wasn't. The ending was simply awful and ridiculous.

I used to be hard core Libertarian and support people like this acting like asses to cops, but since I've gotten older, they just piss me off. Simply explaining to that cop what he is doing as opposed to being a prick and refusing to cooperate at all while carrying a rifle on his back, would be the best thing to do, and no one would be worse for it.

One of these days, cops will stop fucking with gun owners, especially 2A attorneys. Until then, I'll keep standing up to them.

If they aren't committing a crime, yes. Unless you have a reasonable articulable fact supporting a reasonable articulable suspicion that the individual is not eligible, you can't check. A person walking down the street with a ball bat might or might not be on his way to harm people. Do we stop him? That's the Constitution.
