According to the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were patrolling the area around 4:30 p.m. on March 1, 2026, when they observed a man walking south on Farm-to-Market 92 near Fred. Deputies recognized the man as Victor Reese Jr., 48, of Fred, who had several active warrants for his arrest. Deputies made contact with Reese, confirmed his identity, and placed him under arrest. Reese was transported to the Tyler County Jail. 🚔 Traffic Stop In Tyler County Leads To Drug Arrest And Outstanding Warrants 🚨 Town Bluff, Texas — A routine traffic stop in Tyler County led to the arrest of a Humble man with active warrants and suspected narcotics in his possession. According to the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were patrolling the Dam-B / Town Bluff area around 8:00 p.m. on February 26, 2026, when they conducted a traffic stop on County Road 4195 for a traffic violation. While speaking with the driver, deputies recognized a passenger who they knew had active arrest warrants. The passenger was identified as Matthew Ynosencio, 30, of Humble. During a pat-down search, deputies located a plastic bag containing marijuana. A subsequent search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded syringe containing a substance believed to be methamphetamine (approximately 3.1 grams). Authorities say Ynosencio admitted the marijuana and methamphetamine belonged to him and was transported to the Tyler County Jail. He now faces two active Polk County arrest warrants for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, along with additional charges for Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Marijuana. Investigators say the apartment had been forcibly entered after a window was broken. During the break-in, one of the suspects cut himself on the glass, leaving behind evidence that was later collected by deputies and submitted for DNA analysis. Authorities also obtained Ring camera footage showing two suspects committing the burglary. In January 2026, the DNA analysis returned a match identifying Bralen Brown as one of the suspects. Detectives later identified Elijah Reffell as the second suspect after reviewing prior cases connected to Brown. Authorities say both suspects have extensive criminal histories involving drug and weapon-related charges. Detectives worked with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office to file Burglary of a Habitation charges against both Brown and Reffell. Officials say both suspects remain wanted, and their current whereabouts are unknown. 🚨 ATM Burglary Suspect Accused Of Attacking K9 During Arrest In Harris County 🐕‍🦺 Harris County, Texas — A suspect is facing multiple charges after authorities say he attempted to strangle a constable’s K9 during an arrest following an ATM burglary attempt. According to Harris County Constable Precinct 4, deputies responded during the early morning hours of March 2, 2026, to the 23100 block of Aldine Westfield Road after reports that several individuals were attempting to burglarize an ATM. Witnesses provided information that helped deputies quickly locate the suspect vehicle.
